</p> <h1>Info</h1> <h2>Band History</h2> <h3>1992 - 1994 The Smooth, Dread and Irie band.</h3> <p> We did some studio works with some riddim i created.<br /> There is 1 song out on a local studio cd.<br /> Further we did some local shows around our area.<br /> This was the first Real band i played in. <br /> We all had a nice time and learned a lot.</p> <h3>1994 - 1998 The Trancelators.</h3> <p> This band was a backing band.<br /> We backed some local artist like "Jah Bridge" and the flying dutchman,<br /> Jah Red, Mercyfull Vibes, Ivoryman etc. <br /> But also with some bigger artist like Iba & Ross and the Jamaican dj <br /> Nardo Ranks.</p> <h3>1995 - 1995 Supa and the Allstars</h3> <p>` This band won the big price of the Netherlands in "91.<br /> I did a tour with dem in "95.</p> <h3>1999 - 2001 The Dutch Rough Cut Band</h3> <p> This was a local band in my hometown. <br /> We did some shows around Deventer.<br /> With the singers Herbsman, Prince Mawuli, Jah Red, etc.</p> <h3>2002 - 2002 Genius Allstars</h3> <p> I recorded some tunes with Culure Vox and Mitty Ben Walker.<br /> These are two Jamaican friends who know eachother from childhood.<br /> This band was playing these songs and did some shows in Denmark.<br /> Later we changed our name into Higher Ground.</p> <h3>2003 - 2006 Higher Groun</h3><br /> <br /> We went to Denmark for some years to tour with Culure Vox and<br /> Mitty Ben Walker. Also we played with some different artist like<br /> Bounty culture, Black Omega, Yusuf, Black Profhet etc.<br /> Also we backed Mikey General 2 shows in Germany and Switserland. </p> <h3>2004 - 2005 Brother Marcus and the Irie Connection.</h3><br /> <br /> Brother Marcus made a cd for Walboomers, a recordcompagny in Amsterdam. Then he reformed his band "The Irie Connection" to play this songs live.We played around Amsterdam mostly. <br /> But we also went to Belgium and Switserland.</p> <h3>2006 - recent Out of Many</h3><br /> <br /> We worked a lot with a singer called Strawl. We played everywhere during the summer. We played a lot in the south of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and we even went to Sweden.(my first flight ever).<br /> Nowadays we are working on a new repetoire with the Burundian singer<br /> Black Omega.
